The Toeter has been a household name in Groningen and far beyond for years when it comes to whisk(e)y and everything that has to do with it. With a range of no less than 350 single malt whisk(e)y’s and the many special ‘Whisk(e)y nosing and tastings in the café and on location, we are’the proud winner of ‘The Scotch Single Malt Whiskey Award 2010’!
Craft beer
Whisk(e)y and Craft beer café De Toeter in Groningen has a wide range of craft beers to choose from. We serve traditional, world-famous abbey beers and Trappists to special and innovative craft beers, you can taste it all in De Toeter. We have 19 beers on draft and more than 200 bottled beers. Step into our café and let yourself be taken into the wonderful world of craft beer. Every month we have different draft beers and bottled beers of the month.
Pub Quiz
Are you a true know-it-all or do you want a fun quiz night?
We have the most famous pub quiz in Groningen twice a week! You can compete for the title: “Best Quiz Team” and “Smartest Person” of the evening and there are great prizes to be won.
Come to De Toeter every Wednesday evening from 8 pm and every Sunday from 7 pm. Reservations are required, participation € 3,50 per person (max. 5 people per team). Call 050-3124499 or register via the website.
